  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 2 cups of water, separated
  • a can of corn
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 1 cup of taco sauce
  • 1 oz of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups of elbow pasta
  • 2 cups of Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 tbsp of cilantro

Do this:

  1. Get a large skillet, on medium-high heat, pour the ground beef in there and get it all brown and drain the greasy bits
  2. Get the heat to medium, get the chopped onions and minced garlic mixed in with the beef, add the salt and pepper. Cook it until it the smell is prominent and the onion is more clear. Should be like 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add that cup of water, the corn, salsa, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and pasta. Mix it real good and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, let it simmer.
  4. Take the lid off and add one more cup of water and stir and put the lid back on and let simmer.
  5. Take the skillet off the heat and add 1 cup of Mexican cheese blend and stir so the cheese gets all up in there then sprinkle the other 1 cup of cheese over the skillet and cover it to where the cheese is melted
  6. Serve with cilantro and sour cream if you want.
