Shrimp and Avocado Salad Get this: 1 lb medium pan-seared shrimp with a lemon or lime drench 8 cups of greens (your choice: spring mix, spinach, romaine lettuce, etc) fruity or lemon-flavored extra virgin olive oil or regular extra virgin olive oil juice of 1/2 a lemon 1 avocado, sliced or diced 1 minced shallot salt and ground black pepper Do this: Prepare the pan seared shrimp and drench in lemon or lime Toss the shrimp in the greens in a bowl and lightly drizzle olive oil and the juice from the  1/2 lemon and toss lightly Add the avocado and minced garlic, then season with salt and black pepper and serve.

Shrimp Avocado Garlic Bread Get this: 1 loaf of ciabatta or sourdough bread 1/3 cup of garlic butter Garlic Shrimp 2 tsp of minced garlic 1 tsp paprika Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 lb shrimp (no veins, peeled, no tail) 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley  Avocado Salad cooked shrimp from previous part 1 cubed avocado 1 cup of cherry tomatoes juice of half a lemon salt Do this: Preheat oven to grill or broil with medium-high heat. Put the bread on a baking tray with cooking oil on it. Spread garlic butter on each slice. Grill/broil until nice and golden brown. As they're cooking, work on your other components of this dish while keeping an eye on your bread. For garlic shrimp: Mix the garlic, paprika, lemon juice, and shrimp in a bowl and add salt to season to your liking. Drizzle a tsp of oil in a pan or skillet and cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side until they're solid colored. Take off the heat and add parsley and set it aside to cool slightly

Philly Cheesesteak Mac'n'Cheese Get this: 1 lb of elbow macaroni 1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp butter 1 small diced onion 1 small diced green bell pepper 8 oz minced brown mushroom 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 cups of beef broth 8 oz chopped provolone cheese slices 1/4 shredded mozzarella cheese Do this: Cook the elbow macaroni and drain the pasta water but don't rinse. Add the ground beef into a skillet and cook until it's browned and a crust has formed until breaking and stirring. Stir the beef until that brown crust is formed on about half the beef. Remove the beef and add the butter, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Let the veggies get golden brown for a minute or 2 before stirring, repeat the browning for another minute or 2 before stirring again. Add the beef again. Cheesy Taco Skillet Get this: 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. minced garlic a pinch of salt a pinch of black pepper 2 cups of water, separated a can of corn 1 cup of salsa 1 cup of taco sauce 1 oz of taco seasoning 2 cups of elbow pasta 2 cups of Mexican cheese blend 2 tbsp of cilantro optional: 1/2 cup of sour cream Do this: Get a large skillet, on medium-high heat, pour the ground beef in there and get it all brown and drain the greasy bits Get the heat to medium, get the chopped onions and minced garlic mixed in with the beef, add the salt and pepper. Cook it until it the smell is prominent and the onion is more clear. Should be like 2-3 minutes. Add that cup of water, the corn, salsa, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and pasta. Mix it real good and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, let it simmer.  Take the lid off and add one more cup of water and stir and put the lid back on and let simmer.  Take the skillet off the heat and add 1 cup of
